These terms govern your use of mxdesign-bh.com and purchases from MX Design, a creative studio based in Bahrain. By using the website, requesting services, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the paid services.
We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.
Web design, development, graphic design, e-commerce, customization, and other studio services are provided according to the scope, price, timeline, and payment terms agreed in the relevant quotation or written correspondence. A quotation may contain additional project-specific terms; those terms take priority if they conflict with this page.
Timelines depend on receiving complete content, feedback, approvals, and access from the client. Material changes to an approved scope may require a revised quotation or delivery date.
The free QR generator processes the IBAN in your browser and is provided as a convenience. You are responsible for entering the correct Bahrain IBAN and testing the generated QR code before using it.
For paid layouts, you must provide accurate business, contact, IBAN, and delivery information. Digital products are personalized using the information submitted with the order. Printed products may vary slightly in colour or finish from on-screen previews.
Prices are displayed in Bahraini dinars (BHD). Payment for QR Pay products is processed through Tap Payments. MX Design does not receive or store your full card details. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
If a displayed price or description contains an obvious error, we may contact you before fulfilment to correct or cancel the order and provide any refund due.
Digital files are made available after confirmed payment. Because personalized digital products are created from customer-supplied information, cancellation or refund may not be available after generation or delivery, except where the file is defective, materially differs from the selected layout, or applicable law requires otherwise.
For printed products, delivery timing is an estimate and may depend on location and courier availability. Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged or materially incorrect. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Bahrain consumer law.
You must have permission to provide all names, logos, images, IBANs, and other material submitted to MX Design. You must not use the website or delivered work for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
Always verify that a payment QR code opens the intended account before publishing, printing, or displaying it. MX Design is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer.
MX Design retains ownership of its website, tools, layout systems, reusable code, methods, and pre-existing creative materials. After full payment, you receive the usage rights expressly stated in the relevant order or quotation. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, images, and platforms remain subject to their own licences.
You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the QR generator, editable layout source files, or website code unless MX Design agrees in writing.
We take reasonable care to keep the website and downloads available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be suspended for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, MX Design is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any liability connected with a specific paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern fairly. Courts with jurisdiction in Bahrain will handle unresolved disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
