MX Design is a Bahrain-based creative studio. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit mxdesign-bh.com, contact us, request services, or purchase a QR Pay product.

Contact forms may collect your name, email address, and message. QR Pay orders may collect your IBAN, business name, customer name, email, phone number, delivery address, city, order notes, selected layout, amount, payment reference, and order status.
The free QR generator creates the QR code in your browser; MX Design does not upload or save the IBAN entered into the free generator. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, provide contracted services, create and deliver personalized QR products, process and verify payments, maintain order records, prevent misuse, secure the website, meet legal obligations, and resolve complaints.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
We use carefully selected providers where needed to operate the service. These may include Cloudflare for website hosting, security, storage, and email routing; Tap Payments for checkout and payment processing; and Google reCAPTCHA for detecting automated abuse when enabled.
These providers process limited information under their own privacy terms and may operate outside Bahrain. We share only what is reasonably necessary for the relevant service or where required by law.
The public website does not use advertising cookies. Essential technologies may be used for secure administration, request protection, and service operation. When reCAPTCHA is enabled, Google may process technical and interaction information to assess whether a request is legitimate.
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted storage for sensitive service credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We keep enquiries, project communications, order information, payment references, and fulfilment records only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and accounting records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize it where reasonably practicable.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where required for legal, accounting, security, or contractual reasons.
You may submit a request to info@mxdesign-bh.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal responsibilities. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
